About BreakHandler

For many computer users problems like Eye Strain and Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) can be a huge issue, BreakHandler helps to address these problems.

The term repetitive strain injury (RSI) is used to describe a range of painful conditions of the muscles, tendons and other soft tissues; the main cause is frequent and repetitive movements of a part of the b

ody.

Using a computer mouse or typing for long periods without having enough breaks can contribute to symptoms of RSI, although symptoms depend on what the repetitive actions are.

Eye strain occurs when you over-use your eye muscles. Any muscle held in one position too long will cause the muscle to strain. When you concentrate on working at a computer for any length of time, your inner eye muscles tighten causing your eyes to hurt and become irritated, dry and uncomfortable so it is important to take regular breaks.
